Can't sign in
I haven't been able to sign in through my Android Yahoo mail app since December 26th!!! And I'm supposed to pay a premium price to be able to have contact support on your app that is beyond absurd!!???!!! I have tried everything that you suggest & it all STARTED because I uninstalled then installed the app to fix the fact that I couldn't go into any folders unless I cleared my cache every single time. You are listed on Down Detector as having problems every single day that I've checked. When do you have some idea that you might fix your Yahoo mail app because having to use my browser version sucks!! And then to top it off when I signed into the browser version you asked me why I'm not using your app are you freaking serious!!???!!!!
Hi there! We are sorry to hear about this. Could you please share your email address with us in a Private Message on our Yahoo Customer Care page https://www.facebook.com/YahooCustomerCare/? We're looking forward to helping you!

I don't speak English 100%, but since I think I choose The English version, I'll try to explain what happened to me: I am from Guatemala & when The battery of my cel Is over & I have to get a new phone, it usually comes with a new phone number & also, at the moment, I don't have a computer available at home, nor wi-fi. In consequence, I don't open my e-mails all that often and when I do, Is not necessarily from the same phone or from the same place (because when I need it, I stop by at the nearest internet cafe. Since at the beginning The Yahoo mail space was límited, I had to open some other e-mail addresses and I have 2 or 3 different e-mail addresses (one for all my friends, one with my boy friend AND another one to get in touch with companies or etc. (I'm a secretary AND that's how I organize myself). The last time I tried to open one of my e-mail addresses, I couldn't, I followed all your instructions but somehow my secret question was no longer asked, AND I was asked to receive a code number in a phone which was no longer in use or to access in a phone number that was completely off.
I had to do as many things that you can't imagine in order to recover that phone number (it was no longer in use AND I had no idea where The apparatus was, untill I found it several months later AND I still had to go to the telephone company to see if I could recover that same number...it took for me a Lot of stuff to recover it, but I did) AND The problem Is that when I finally did AND I managed to log in into my Yahoo mail, all my messages, which I treasured, had dissappeared! I am all that sad about it, I had so many important messages in there, I tried AND tried to skip The fact of having to use that phone number AND to get back my secret question to answer, but there was no way to get it back (I don't know how or in which moment I introduced that phone number for that purpose, because I access my e-mails from different devices all The Time AND that's why I allways choose to answer a secret question.
I am very sad to have lost all my messages, Is there a possible way to recover them or get them back? Thanks for your attention AND I hope that you understand my English or The explanation I just wrote. (I hope to have done myself understood). -
