Sometimes it's good to allow someone use account which has been barred by yahoo or to notify the person before any action by your team. I have an email address which I believe there are a lot of communications, yet I cannot access it. Yahoo keeps asking me to open another one, how do I open another one when the other one has been shared to a lot of people through leballing it on my goods package.
