Verification codes
I never receive verification codes
Hi there, we are sorry to hear that! We'd like to further investigate this, can you message us directly on X at @YahooCare, on Instagram at @Yahoo or on Facebook on our Yahoo Customer Care page? In case you do not have a social media account, please contact us at https://help.yahoo.com. Thank you!

******** with your 2FA and push notifications. This is a burner email so I couldn't give less of a **** if some **** wants to hack it. I don't want your lousy app and your products are trash. You could have been something 20 years ago but missed the boat. Let me use my ******* email and leave me the **** alone.

I admit I don’t use my email that much, maybe weekly at most. So paying for yahoo plus is not an option I communicate via text messages more. I am beginning to hate using yahoo and am considering the pain of getting a new email address because of the irritation of having to verify myself when I try to open it up to send mail.

While trying to access my account from Firefox or Brave on Linux, for a while I've been getting an error message that tells me I can't do that, without any explanation. This ""security"" measure is one of the worst and dumbest things I have ever seen on the internet, and you should remove it immediately. I already have to use a push notification, my phone number or my backup email to use a new device, so just ask me for that. I need to be able to use my mail account on my PC whenever I want, looking for another device is not an acceptable option.

Make email or phone number + fingerprint
a sufficient process for login.
