Storage impact
I’ve had this email since 2007, I was 12 years old when I got this email and I have things saved in my email since then. And you’re telling me that in 2025, now as a 30-year-old… I’m no longer allowed to keep that storage without paying for it?? So there’s no grandfathering in anything or anyone? You can improve your site by not banking off of people‘s memories. Disgraceful to say the LEAST.

Honestly this new pay for storage feature sucks I can’t get emails I wasn’t given notice and I called they can’t help either, this email is attached to some important bills I can’t get to because of this

My idea is, give me back my emails. I login and I get a message that my storage limit is changing and also a bunch of my emails are gone. This is BS!! my emails do not need to be deleted. If so, I need to find another email to use.

Three days ago you locked my address and forced me to buy more storage or free up space. I tried freeing up space but it wasn’t enough. I just paid to add more storage but am missing those three days of emails. Please help. I don’t know how to retrieve them. There are critical postings I need to read. Sat 8/30/2025

I've had yahoo since the early 90s and I just got an email about storage and cant receive emails all of a sudden. This platform is turning into a scam like Gmail with making users purchase storage space

Please do not put limits on storage in order to receive emails. There are important bills that are only sent by email that will not be received, resulting in an undue hardship.
