Rethink Storage Limit Ultimatum for Long-term Users
Dear Yahoo, I was surprised today to open my email account and be informed that storage is now limited and that I now have to sign up and pay for more storage in order to send or receive emails. There was no forewarning to this announcement, and after being a yahoo user for over 20 years, and extolling its virtues compared to gmail, I am disappointed and disheartened that this ultimatum was given. My idea, therefore, is to please give me unlimited storage, or at least 30 days to go through my inbox to delete old emails, while still being able to send and receive emails. I had been on top of keeping a tidy inbox until I got cancer years ago and even after recovering, I haven’t ever caught up, and appreciated the customer service of my yahoo account.
