I have been alerted that my inbox storage is full and cannot receive new messages. However I am not being given any efficient effective way of deleting large numbers of old messages. I don't want to download or save them I don't have the storage capacity or desire anyway. I just want to mass delete ENTIRE YEARS worth of support old messages going back probably over 10 or more now. I don't even want it need messages older than 5 to 7 years. Why is the only effective option being offered to add MORE storage? I'm not interested in or willing to add more storage. I just want to mass delete entire years of old messages. If like to keep them all but I don't really need them. Make the process easy. I see no effective way otherwise to get rid of 1000's of old messages.
