Yahoo latest APP? Disaster! I don't want to have "Top stories" in my yahoo and have to scroll down to get into my email
I have had to download yahoos app now 3 times to my phone. It is a disaster still.
When all you want is to see your mail, you don't want to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of "new stories"?
Secondly, the "keep me logged in" feature doesn't work on laptop or mobile phone app.
It WASN'T BROKEN! WTH are you people in design thinking?

You can reorganize the topic modules so that your email can be more easily accessible. To do so click on your image icon in the upper left> Select “organize your topics”> Hard press the topic you want to move and then move your finger up or down to reorganize the topics.

Give me an option to choose which notifications I want to receive or they’re being turned off altogether.

It a fan....
If I am on the yahoo page in Safari (on my iPad) and click on a story I want to watch it no longer opens the story. Instead it opens the app and takes me to a home page. This means I have to hunt for the story again. Not intuitive and a waste of time. I’ll read news elsewhere. This is a pain **********.

Had multiple issues signing in
I had an existing Yahoo! Account but have a new phone. First time I tried signing in, I think it kept on trying to notify me on my previous phone. Then I selected send me text instead so I was able to login.
Now I am trying to activate the push notification and It tells me that Yahoo! Isn’t enabled for push notifications. I checked settings-> notifications and I didn’t even see Yahoo! As an option.
Now it won’t let me activate it because it needs my browser to have cookies.
I think people will eventually give up if it…

There should be some topics regarding certain professions.
I am in dentistry and interested in science and would love to see some of those topics. Health topics.

Be able to see the what news notifications you recieve
There’s morning briefs, top stories, videos of the day, breaking news and need to know). I am only interested in some and having ability to select granular options seems sensible and is pretty common place in other apps

Indicate as Sponsored ALL articles that are sponsored ... always one that isn't
Today, as every day lately, there is an article presented in Yahoo news as a news article that is actually promoting a product. I sometimes look at sponsored ads, but being tricked makes me extremely uncomfortable with Yahoo. I recently added Yahoo news to my Android tablet. I am seriously considering removing it because of this subterfuge. Thanks.

App response is slow and on clicking home or video button no response from the screen and it does t refresh the page or navigate

Auto-playing video with audio
Sometimes I tap on a notification wanting to learn more about a story, and it turns out to be an auto-playing video with audio. I don't want to blast audio from my phone when I'm at work, so I usually close out of it immediately.
Have you considered auto-playing silently with captions turned on, and an option to unmute?
