can't redeem my points bc its saying it cant find my email but its in my profile and my time is running out. please help
it would be nice to have a support/contact us option directly on the app.

Thank you for reaching out to Yahoo Play. I understand your having trouble redeeming points. I will be happy to help you with this.
In order to redeem your points you must be signed into the correct ID on the app when you go to redeem. As long as you have an email on file you should be able to redeem without issue. If your email is missing you should be able to add it from the app settings. If you are having trouble adding the email, that can normally be solved with App troubleshooting.
