Thank you for reaching out to Yahoo Play. I understand your having trouble redeeming points. I will be happy to help you with this.
In order to redeem your points you must be signed into the correct ID on the app when you go to redeem. As long as you have an email on file you should be able to redeem without issue. If your email is missing you should be able to add it from the app settings. If you are having trouble adding the email, that can normally be solved with App troubleshooting. I have included some links below, you will see both IOS and Android troubleshooting, please follow the appropriate guide.

Improve support for the app and clarify your terms and conditions
I temporarily signed into my boyfriend's account to redeem his rewards because they were going to expire and he was at work. Now I'm unable to use my account to redeem my points and support keeps telling me terms and conditions say that there cannot be two accounts on the same device (which it doesn't, it says a person cannot have two accounts, not that a device cannot have two different accounts on it). The app also allows you to have two different accounts signed in at the same time which is a stupid feature if that is the actual…

I got a notification the reward store was reset with new items, and it wasn't. I opened and refreshed the app asap, but I'm losing 1500 pts!
I'm losing points because the app store isn't refreshing on Sunday when the notification said it was. I immediately opened the app, and the same rewards were there, with the Amazon and iTunes cards greyed out. Please help. I don't want to lose my points because I had to earn them on the weekend.

fix the bugs. after every round, the wheel just spins, and I have swipe away the app and restart it.
it doesn't matter which multiple choice game play.. if I finish one game and it moves to the next, the wheel in the center of the screen just spins.. I then have to swipe away the app and re-open it.

I am a new user to Yahoo rewards. I tried to redeem my first reward and I was informed I already reached the 2 rewards per week limit.

How come some Gift cards are sold out when it has not even been a day?
I was waiting for Sunday night for the points to be expired so right after I can start and rack up my points. All gift cards were available and I thought that I could have a chance to save enough for a Sephora gift card but it's already Monday and the Sephora $10 E gift card is sold out. Is it possible that there's player's hacking the system or is that there was not enough gift card for players to choose from? because I'm starting to find it unfair.

Fix the hacking or restock GC cards. There is no way ppl are getting 3k points in less than an hour.
My points rolled over less than an hour ago and I have been playing since. I have like 300 pts yet the $10 amazon GC is already sold out? for 3,000 pts. Impossible. This happened last week also and the GC stayed sold out the rest of the week. In the past they were restocked a few times.

I'm pretty sure this app is a scam. No options are redeemable, I contacted customer service for help, they haven't gotten back to me in days
