The new version that you idiots FORCED us to upgrade to...SUCKS!!! I can't even see the entire labels on my folders! Now you give us the option to go back to basic, but took away ANY decent features, at least we could change the color. I have been a yahoo user for many many years and am just about to delete my account and go to GMAIL!!!

If I can't have the original classic mail back at least give me a way to select multiple emails for deletion. That would be a good start. 15 plus year yahoo user but I will not deal with this disaster of an email system much longer before I delete my Yahoo account and switch to Gmail. Remember who made you... your members. Driving them away will eventually destroy what they have built.

I was resisting to switch to gmail for 10 years now but this is gonna do it for me. You people are seriously insane !!! If we were the kind of users that appreciate this new version we would already be on gmail by now. We were on yahoo email precisely because we wanted something else !!!

I chose BASIC MAIL because I hated the "New" mail interface. I have a skull-based tumor pressing against my brain. Your new web interface is no longer as basic as I need it to be focus and perform... wait for it...basic tasks. I can't even see how many emails are in each folder. This might be difficult for you to understand, but if I can't see a reminder of the number of emails past 999+, then I'm less likely to go into a folder and start sorting, organizing and deleting them. Not to mention, the grey and off white color scheme causes me difficulty with seeing the text on the screen. I like the OLD USER INTERFACE because it didn't make my eyes see fuzzy text or cause eye strain. Now? Everything just blends together and I have to force my brain and eyes to work harder to recognize what I'm seeing onscreen. Thank you for ruining my experience and wasting my time. I'm now going to have to search for another provider who offers an actual BASIC interface.

On email that had attachments on the old basic, the attachments no longer show up in the new basic, I have to forward the email to myself to see the attachments again...why in the world to you change a program that is working fine and that people are happy with?

And why am I signed in as Anonymous?? I tried to sign in, and the sign in screen popped up; then it disappeared, and now I'm just someone no one knows. Who else has had this problem? Why does it do this? Is Yahoo trying to make comments look fake? I had no problem signing in as myself. Why the **** does no one get to know who I am at all, unless Yahoo wants it to look fake? This company is so freaking pathetic, now!
