How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

bring back classic mail

Please change back to the classic Yahoo Mail! There are certain features that I can't do on the current version that I could do in the old classic mail version, such as dragging an email to a folder. How am I now able to do that?! I am frequently dragging things to folders, and it is imperative that I have this feature re-instated.

    You screwed up another one of my e-mails. It was easy to go to spam & switch accounts before. you mad it difficult now. I don't know you have come Dum Programmers on your staff. I will now have to go to a new e-mail system. I have been using Yahoo for over 25 years. You lost a member now.

    Let me switch back to Yahoo Classic Email. I do not want the new version and I am stuck having to sign in every time I switch between my emails unless I switch them both to the new version that I don't want. The new basic mail is horrible as well. You have no positive responses regarding your new email so be smart and switch it back.

    if it wasn't broke don't fix it. These two options are no good. The old one is much simpler and easy to switch between multiple accounts, customization and easy to find emails. Please give users to ability to change it back to that. The basic requires more work and the new one is an eyesore.

    Every function requires multiple steps now, can't access folders beyond the first 10 or 12 messages, calendars aren't working properly, these are just some of the issues. Please revert back to the previous platform and please stop doing these useless and frustrating "upgrades" they are not upgrades at all, but horrible mistakes on the part of your staff!

    You can opt out of their new look! Click on your account on the bottom left of the mail screen, then choose the Settings wheel then click "Switch to basic mail" option on the left side. Its not exactly the same as it used to be, but it's a lot better than the new version.

    Do not like not being able to change color themes..screen now is way too bright. If you put the dark one you have now, then it's way too dark. I liked having the color options. The white is blinding especially first thing in the morning!

    Put it back like it was! It was just fine till you F&^%ed it up! Why do you think you are improving when all you do is go backwards.... If it works...leave it the F%$^ alone!

    This new version is so bad, after 25 years with Yahoo email I think it's time to switch to another program like gmail.

    I don't know what's going on but I cant switch between my email accounts, cant move anything into a folder without at 3 step process. If it ain't broke don't fix it. This is awful and I cant use you if its going to stay this way. It only does it on my primary or default account, the most important for mu email blasts and such. I am a rollover from Cox, but no reason to stay anymore their email platform was perfect for me.

    Please bring back the "click-shift-click"method of selecting multiple emails.
