bring back classic mail
Please change back to the classic Yahoo Mail! There are certain features that I can't do on the current version that I could do in the old classic mail version, such as dragging an email to a folder. How am I now able to do that?! I am frequently dragging things to folders, and it is imperative that I have this feature re-instated.

After opening and reading an email, you can no longer go back directly to your mail but must resend the page to go back.Stop screwing around with what works just to make it different please.

There are so many BAD enhancements to the new version. There are several people in the family that use the same computer and BEFORE we could EASILY switch between users. NOW we have to log out and log in each time. What a horrible idea!!!
When I forward and email to someone, I have to click on EDIT to make changes and when I do the attachments disappear. WHY?????? This REALLY sucks!!!
Why do I need to use 2 scroll bars to get to the end of the email I am composing??? Why does only a portion of the email show??? Horrible!!!
You need to not BREAK what is already working. Someone must be trying to justify their job.

Give us back the option to continue using the old version that actually worked and make the BLOCK SENDER function show up on right click again. If I wanted to have GMail, I would be using it instead of Yahoo. Fire the geniuses who decided to fix what was not broken.

So very many people are unhappy with this new version of Yahoo. Change is not always the best option. I did not see the button to retain the old version and unfortunately have lost the ability to keep it. That button should remain visible and accessible at all time I wanted to give the new version a chance but you took away my option to return to old version. There is absolutely no reason not to allow a person to return to old version. PLEASE make both version accessible to all permanently.

This is such complete GARBAGE! Everything is worse and much harder to do now than ever before. Who dreamed this up, Microsoft? What can you do to make it better? Put back the way it was! Nobody wants this **** and I won't tolerate it! Put it back now or I'm switching to one of my many other options!

being able to go back to basic yahoo from the last few years is a very good thing. i'm able to see the entire contacts list instead of only the right-hand side. the delete and spam buttons are available instead of gone altogether. thank god i still have hotmail.com email. Microsoft doesn't make cosmetic changes for the **** of it and they proof their software better. hire some talent.

I do not the changes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact, I would say that I HATE the changes. And I am considering leaving yahoo mail. for someone, who just used this for personal mail, there was no need to make it SO HARD TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is HORRIBLE, be better yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

give me back emojis, and let me see more than 15 mails. I didn't ask for this. STOP ruining a perfectly good thing. PUT MY MAIL BACK the way it was. ***EVERY CHANGE is not good. BTW every other time I delete something it asks me if I want to delete 10,000 mails

We all kept our Yahoo email accounts for decades because we don't like change. So now you change it, and you changed it into something much, much worse.
FFS, just give us back our old email or we will all leave.

Please just restore your email the way it used to be. The new format has such large spaces, I have to go to 7 different pages to see older mail. And I can't seem to add emojis anymore. I've restored it to the Basic Email, but it's still not the same.

Also don't like you can't change font or "bold" anything in email context! This whole change is a nightmare, please change it back! Listen to your customers!

The old ('classic') Yahoo mail was great! It worked! This is terrible! Bring it back!
Issues:
1) I want to keep using my own folders, not be forced to use your automatic folders, which do not correspond to anything in my life.
2) I want to be able to select multiple emails at a time, easily.
3) I want to hit "delete" to delete an email. This should be obvious! It worked before, now it doesn't.
4) I want to be able to choose the "compact display" that shows all the emails that fit on the screen, without the huge spaces in between. What's that about??
PLEASE bring back Classic Yahoo. It's so much better than this! -

Yahoo really needs to go back to the old format. I have already started looking for a new email provider that I can transfer necessary things from yahoo to and I think I may have found one to make it easy to change. Once I get the chance to check it out, I may quit yahoo because you don't seem to care about customer opinions. So many bad reviews since the change and nothing has been done. Should return to the old format.

Overall, even the "Basic" version is slower. Attachments are cumbersome. Inserting pictures in e-mail is impossible. I haven't noticed a single thing that was improved.
