you have managed to scred up my email so badly I can not get in contact with clients and friends that I have had for years.
I am looking for a new service. It may take awhile but I will get one that is satisfactory. I have a lot of contacts and information to transfer and provide information to my intended move. The saying goes "if it works why fix it." This time your fix sucks badly.

The Contact list was my address book.
All of the information - street address, phone numbers, birthdays, etc. - is gone. If I can't have the old format, can I at least get the information? I can't believe it's all just GONE!!!

switch back to my classic email. this new platform is too hard to manage. why can't my contacts be in alpha order
switch back to old email. new platform is not manageable. why aren't contacts in alpha order? why do I see to, cc, and bcc. takes too long to use

Resume e-mail entry from first couple letter rather than exiting the page and having to scroll through hundreds!
Simplify main page, I'm learning disabled and there's WAYYYY too much on the main page!!!!! Go Back to Basic Yahoo E-mail!!!!!

I think you made a bad choice getting the new e-mail.I want my old e-mail back or fix the new one so you can forward a e-mail.
Need to do something so people will know how to use it.Can't forward a e-mail,can't cut off spell checking either.No telling what else is wrong.Fix it or I will find some other.James

I want the old Yahoo mail back. This is a pain in the neck. I can't memorize all those e-mail addresses.

Forwarding message impossible
My "new" idea is to take off what ever was changed. I cannot remove the person's information whom I received it from today.
I cannot delete if UNLESS, I hit - edit. When I hit "edit", I can erase the person's name and when he sent it out but ... then the post is deleted..

Why try to fix something that is not broken! I'm a senior citizen and hate this version!!
Try improving by giving people a choice of the email version they prefer to use, don't force this idea on everyone. Maybe you or some users like it, but I extremely don't. I hate it, put the classic version choice back as an option. I'm a long time user of yahoo mail.
