  3. This is a massive *****-up! WHO told you that this was an improved product?

    You have deleted a contact that I only wanted to remove from a particular distribution list - and probably the emails as well! Whoever designed this "improved service" must be working for cyber-terrorists!

  13. The old ite was better..I could decide what font to use and use larger or smaller font as well as use the bold option and colors.
