    I am not happy, I am unable to forward emails. The memory that automatically filled in contact name does not work and I prefer the old one

    Where has the Splitscreen gone?
    It saves a lot of time because it does not need to reload the whole screen for viewing the chosen message.

  4. Don't resize windows to 100% with every action. If I zoom out to 50%, each subsequent display should be rendered at 50%. 100% bad UX.

  7. the changes are impossible to navigate. Do Not Like it at all!

    lost a draft that took all day to prepare because we temporarily left the page. Not able to pull up repeat contacts. You have to search for your email address each time and then you lose your draft!!!

  8. how do you enter names from a mailing list all at once, or for any list?

    i composed an email to send to one of my mailing lists. Then I couldn't add the list addresses all at once ... aND WHEN i FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO ADD AN ADDRESS, i HAD TO GET THEM FROM MY FULL CONTACT LIST MAKING THE MAILING LIST USELESS!

  9. Allow ME to choose between Basic and New.

    This new format is NOT customer friendly. It screwed up my signature lines and now I can't add a photo or change the fonts. The layout stinks. It may be a cost thing, but why can't you let the USER choose between the two formats?

  18. Put it back they way it was. I was able to send emails from the groups I created now I can't.

    Change it back to what is was. It did not improve it but it made it harder to use.
