I used to send myself emails I needed to convert in other programs not on my phone, now I can’t access this. ITS BS! I’m not paying upgrade!
I’m not going to pay for yahoo+ to access my own information via email. I.e. photos, important, documents, receipts, or statements. We already pay internet and a bunch of other ****. You should get your cut there. Return everything back or ppl will stop using email sooner or later.

You do almost nothing to improve you platform..if you can't even make it simply to remove all email at one time
After years of your email app
.you can't even improve a way for people to remove all their thousands of emails at the same time with our having to remove one email at a Time
Also your instructions to remove all at once don't even work..read your instructions..there is not even an edit button that you say to push to delete all at one time..this has been going on for years..and you have done nothing to improve this problem. Bring back ability to block email addresses.
Cannot block email addresses anymore. The option is gone from the app and web portal. Flagging something as spam does not prevent me from getting spammed continuously from the same source! I've had yahoo email since 1998. If this doesn't get fixed I'm done. Plenty of other options out there that have this basic functionality.

What did the techs do? They are not USERS...not "more settings" to work with just small type...please fix if you want people to use yahoo...

Return to type name and email comes up
Before I typed the name and email would come up. Now i have to search the email... Have to go into contacts, waste of time. Was better before! Get a USER to make decisions not just techs as they do not use the platform as much...

There is no mark all option for when l want to delete my inbox
Please provide the mark all option for when l want to delete the inbox messages.. Because my inbox is full and it's difficult deleting all the messages one by one

Delete in bulk by the thousands
Delete button for All email. I have over 10,000 emails because I need a way to clear the deck.

Show full email addresses by default (mobile AND desktop) - showing display names only is dangerous, enables scams
The "dumbed down" interface that shows only display names (unless you hit Show More) is an open invitation for spammers and scammers to take advantage of unwary Yahoo Mail users. (Some other big email services do it too; they're also wrong.)
Better: show the actual email address too, unless the individual user has opted in to trusting display names by default. There should be an option to show such a short form for addresses in the user's contacts only, and maybe an option (with warnings!) for doing it for all addresses, if someone really wants strangers' full addresses…
