Broken system
Please revert me to the old functional system. What you’ve done prevents me from using contacts or email with any sense of functionality. Fix this regressive progress promptly. Or is it time to leave after 20 odd years?

Your agent hung up on me because I refuse to pay.
I haven’t received my emails for months. I have different people sending me emails and they are not coming through because yahoo wants me to pay. I will be reporting this to the state attorney general in California. The agent hung up because I told him once I pay I will see all my emails.
I received a call from homeland security giving me until the 8th to complete the paperwork they sent today. I refuse to pay to receive my emails for a free account.

Ich bekomme seit Monaten mehrere Spam Emails von einer "Dating Seite" die ich überhaupt nicht benutze. Trotz das ich jeden Tag diese Mails auf meinem Spam-Folder lösche wird dies hier wahrscheinlich ignoriert.

How about adding an "Empty Trash" & "Empty Spam" button
An Empty button for spam and trash is not just an idea. Yahoo is the only email server who doesn't offer this. You used to include that function. What genius decided to eliminate what is for many years, been considered an industry standard. Please consider this as a fundamental part of email servers. It is a standard included with all of your competitors email servers. It would be a smart business move. I'm fairly certain many people are, as I am, setting up my email for my contacts to know my New email address as I do not have time…
