  1. Where did all my folders go???? Where's all my emails?? I want my emails back!!!

    Give us back our emails would be A GREAT start. This is why I moved to Gmail, things disappear from Yahoo mail now everything disappeared from my Yahoo email account! I had important stuff saved in folders and organized, now it's a blank slate I NEVER have permission for, & Yahoo has my Gmail address... If this isn't resolved in a couple days I'm deleting my Yahoo account & going all over socal medias about this. What was mine was taken and that's wrong, esp without any authorization or notification.

  3. delete

    on the mobile version we cannot delete the entire accumulated spam or trash without opening the Folder titled spam or folder titled trash. That is if you do not want to see them, but just want to empty folder spam or folder trash. This is on the moble version andnnot the PC or desktop version. Also you have not gotten rid of the google virus sending errant messages to Yahoo users.

  4. Block all these unwanted and unnecessary spam emails coming to my inbox that are supposed to go to spam

    My cellphone call blocked unwanted calls so why can't my email account do the same install some kind of blocking procedure

  9. Why delete forwarded email from inbox

    You are so busy trying to catch Google, that you fail to think, there is a reason we don't use gmail. Why would you think that just because we forward an email we want it removed from the inbox? Did you ask? .. or do your developers just auto know what we need. Let me tell you what you need, developers that focus on the users than trying to come up with fancy and unneeded changes to make them seem valuable. Yahoo mail is about your users and the advertising dollars we generate, NOT about keeping your developers employed.

  11. Different "from" address when I compose via Desktop vs Mobile

    I just compose messsage via Desktop Web (/d), sent...
    My from address: Bla Bla blabla@yahoo.com

    I just compose message via Mobile Web (/mb), sent...
    My from address: blabla@yahoo.com

    There is no NAME.
    Make the "from address" is not different, PLEASE.

  15. Emails show up double in sent items

    For the past two weeks for some reason when I send an email, a few seconds later there is a duplicate email in my sent folder e.g. it looks like it has been sent twice. Please advise what the problem is as I see a lot of complaints about the same problem when checking for solutions online.

  16. Providing a possibility for online chatting

    Currently phone calls are possible only. Poor deaf people! Nobody thinks about them! E.g., I have the following problem but was not able to find a place in your site where to ask for support: On trying to reply on the e- ails sent by greg@bannercode.co the Mailer-Daemon answers ". . . Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up." Where is my mistake?
