Hi Yahoo, my apologies if this not the right path to make a complaint, but I couldn't find any other way, since now to get support we have to pay.

Offer a 2 step authentication option that actually works.
I don't have access to my phone number overseas, none of your "2 step authentication" methods work.
Now it's a major pain to log into Yahoo.

Why would yahoo delete old emails. I had photos of family that are now gone forever. I really don’t understand what they were thinking.
I’ve had this account for at least 15 years. I didn’t use it often but it was always there when I needed it and I saved a lot of sentimental things on it. Now I log in because I need an old email to verify an account of mine and all of my emails have been deleted without my consent? Without warning? I’m extremely frustrated and will be telling everyone I know to never use yahoo mail again.

Gmail does not allow Yahoo mail to show up each time it is open, each time one must select all mail. Seems ridiculous of Gmail.
I am happy with it as is. Too bad Gmail will not allow it in, to show up in regular accounts because is not Gmail
All accounts must be selected each time Gmail is opened. Bad decision on their part.

Y'all are ********... I had so few emails in my account and you deleted it. Every 3-5 years id sign in and get something important.
I never got notified you were deleting my emails due to Inactivity.., bad business practices....i don't care what PR or corporate or legal response is to my issue is... I would expect nothing less than y'all restoring all my emails. If I had gotten an email warning me, I would have taken action. I'm a Computer Consultant and also a Computer Technician.

VALID Passwords are often REJECTED on new Sign-In devices...
Yahoo, please let users KNOW, with a brief, automated email, as to why you are no longer accepting a user's perfectly valid Sign-In Password.
I hope Yahoo will simply send a brief email "PASSWORD REJECTED" and include a reasonable explanation. Devices I "secure" through other layers of protection still function normally. (Most of these other "secure" devices have been allowed to internally store that same, supposedly INVALID password and they ALL still automatially sign me in.)
I've had this happen numerous times when I've had to use a new device to access my mail via the yahoo.com/mail URL.
