    I have always paid annually. You do not list that option. Can you please add that payment option back?

  5. Recovery of old emails on an inactive account

    Please provide an option to recover emails on an inactive email account. If not free, then you can charge them with a one time fair recovery cost in doing so, say $3.49 (same amount of your monthly charge on pro).
    These will generate large amount money on a big scale for yahoo. You can run your data on how many account has been inactive yet people would like to have it be activated and be able to recover their previous emails. Information are important to people. These will be bring back more subscriber to yahoo mail by having such feature. …

    after being told, REPEATEDLY, that a new version is not wanted, stop the annoying pop up advertising that stops everything. remove it so it doesn't constantly interrupt the revie of mail.

  18. Calender improvement desired. Having functionality more like Outlook

    Simple functionality items like being able to color the entire duration of a scheduled event. Being able to select multiple days without having to select a "all day" events.

  20. First, I can't find out what Pro is and why I should pay for it. I've allowed myself to go another year but I'm not happy. Plus your website

    I hate your website. If there's a character limit, why not TELL me? Changing credit cards was unnecessarily complicated.Yes, really! Overall I'm not impressed. I will cancel next year if I don't see improvements.
