There is no cancel option!!! How do i cancel Yahoo Mail Pro without paying for a live person to talk to???
Do I need to contact the Federal trade commission to get this resolved?

Hi there,
To cancel your Mail Pro subscription, please follow these steps:
Go to Yahoo Mail Payments (payments.mail.yahoo.com).
Click “Cancel” at the lower left of the screen
Follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling the service.
