Fix it so I can pay for adfree mail
I have been unable to update information to get adfree mail. I've looked at FAQs. Nothing. I've tried to contact you. No category for providing a complaint. No way to contact you. No customer service available. May just have to delete my account and start with another provided.

Why would I buy pro when my mail has been all screwed up lately. For one I can't delete any mail, star etc. as a matter a fact I can on,
IMPORTANT I only have access to the day I open my mail and nothing works at the top, I can't delete, move anything, return once I've opened a mail etc.. I want to be able to see all my mail from previous days as I don't get to check it every day, plus it doesn't even show the whole page of the email it's crooked and part is cut off! When I try and go to Archive I get a blank page. I'm seriously thinking of going and finding a new email if this doesn't get straightened out very soon…

My debit card was hacked and I'm trying to enter my new card but keep getting a "failed payment method" AND I CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE TO FIX. Very frustrating. Thank you.

Trying to update Credit Card, get this bug error {"code":"401","description":"UNAUTHORIZED"}
I am not able to update my credit card for my account for PRO. You have major bugs.

To update your payment method, go to Yahoo Mail Payments.
Click Edit payment method by the current payment method.
Enter your new card info.
Click Add payment method.
Alternatively, click Set as default if you already have another card on file.If the issue persists, please contact Customer Care via https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=home&locale=en_US

To cancel your Mail Pro subscription, please follow these steps:
Go to Yahoo Mail Payments (payments.mail.yahoo.com).
Click “Cancel” at the lower left of the screen
Follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling the service.If you have any issues please contact Customer Care at https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=home&locale=en_US.

Can't receive mails from anywhere, keep getting 550 error!
Can't receive emails from anywhere, keep getting 550 error!
I've tried sending from outlook, foxmail, yandex.
they all rejected with a 550 error,mtaproxy412.free.mail.gq1.yahoo.com gave this error:
Remote server returned not permitted to relay -> 550 relaying denied
But I can send emails using my email account.
Please fix my account thank! -
Have a direct contact method for billing problems
I am being told via e-mail by Yahoo that I am being billed $34.99 a year early. I have no billing support and the input forms are of no use because they do not properly work to resolve the issue. I didn't forget a password, I have a legitimate billing dispute!

Your service should remain active up to the end of your current billing cycle, even if you cancel the service during it. Please contact customer care if that is not the case.
