Fix your payment screen and enable speaking/chatting with someone when issues
My debit card was hacked and I'm trying to enter my new card but keep getting a "failed payment method" AND I CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE TO FIX. Very frustrating. Thank you.

We’re sorry you experienced these issues. To contact Customer Care, please sign into your Yahoo Mail Pro account and visit https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=options&locale=en_US.
From there, select Yahoo Mail Pro from the options list and select your issue type to access support.
Note we cannot support individual technical or billing related issues on this forum.

I have a billing error and so does my husband, Yahoo won't let us sign up.
