Have a direct contact method for billing problems
I am being told via e-mail by Yahoo that I am being billed $34.99 a year early. I have no billing support and the input forms are of no use because they do not properly work to resolve the issue. I didn't forget a password, I have a legitimate billing dispute!

We’re sorry you experienced these issues. To contact Customer Care, please sign into your Yahoo Mail Pro account and visit https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=options&locale=en_US.
From there, select Yahoo Mail Pro from the options list and select your issue type to access support.
