  2. "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address.

    when my wife is trying to sign in with her email id she is getting the message "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address.". WHen she is trying to create new email id with the same name she is getting the message "A Yahoo account already exists with this email address. Sign in." And when she try's to sign in she again gets the message "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address." Kindly help.

    I NEED you to recover all of my CONTACT information NOW!

    CONTACTS has always been a problem for you all when you make changes. You never get it right and you ALWAYS have to restore to the previous version (which is probably one of the original versions).

    I had LISTS that had NAMES and those names ONLY had multiple website addresses. ALL of the Website addresses are MISSING (sometimes one address when I click "View more information").

    Also, some of the List Names (which are NOW MISSING) had a number (00) or symbol (-) in from of it to put…

  5. How do I my contacts back?? These contacts had phone #s & addresses! WTF

    I am looking through my contacts and half of them are gone. HOW DO I GET THESE BACK!!!!! WTF WHY WOULD YOU AUTOMATICALLY DELETE A PERSON'S CONTACTS!!! How do I get these back???!!! Can you restore the previous YAHOO!!!

  9. Please change back to classic yahoo AND FIX email send issue

    Please change back to classic yahoo as new layout very hard to use.

    And always cannot send email / cannot save draft....PLEASE FIX it, it is troublesome when we rushing some project or busying communicate with own client, and email cannot send!!

  10. CANNOT 'DELETE' OLD 'UNREAD' MESSAGES

    i have tried multiple times to 'delete' old unread messages, yet they still keep COMING BACK. I tried clicking at the top, and only unclicking the ones I wanted to keep, yet all of them came back, over and over.
    I AM AT MY WITS END, AS IT SHOW'S ME, DELETED 65, THEN 90, THEN 56 THEN THEY ALL COME BACK.
    WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS YOUR 'NEW' MAILBOX ???

  16. The new version's FONT looks childish unlike the classy, classic version. Please allow the old version please.

    The newest Yahoo mail really does look childish especially the FONT. The older Classic view's font and set-up felt more professional unlike this newer version. IDK, maybe thats your point, you're trying to attract a much younger audience like 5-12 year old. They'll love the new look of the newest Yahoo format.

    New version is ****. Ever since you got bought out/merged/whatever the user experience has gone way down hill fast. I would hate to close my email out since I've used this for long time but if the user experience keeps getting worse I will be forced to change.
