I am puzzled how disconnected is the expert and this public from reality...just to help you to understand simpler math us this ...1 trillion is 3000$ per capita +/- so 2 trillion is $6000 per capita of stimulus or fresh debt...which is approximately 6 trillion in 2020 or 18000$ per capita....in USA everything is bigger so fresh and new debt ...
