You should make an erase all button. So you can fully wipe your email except for saved messages

Not receiving email from some people
Not receiving some emails. I’m getting most of my emails but some people are getting kickbacks while others are just not coming in. I checked spam/trash....not there. They are not large emails either.

Come on yahoo step it up!! I’m having the same problems as multiple people, not getting any emails and also trying to recover a profile but I’m not getting any password change emails for that either.

Sort emails
I would greatly appreciate the ability to sort emails on the mobile site ... such as making all of my unread emails appear at the top of my mailbox. You may think that sorting by conversation is what I mean, but it is not. I mean actually being able to sort emails that haven't been read yet, or are marked as unread, and place them at the top of the Inbox so that I don't have to scroll through a rubber banding Inbox in order to find any emails that I missed, or that have somehow been sent recently, but…

Stop all the spam from dating sites and the ****** emails constantly sent that i have to constantly keep deleting. Its getting old
I am sick of the nude pictures of girls with dating sites or chat invites or *** rated ****** pictures or video links constantly filling my spam folder. I am 63 yrs old i have lukemia and have been happily married for 45 yrs. I dont visit those sites am not interested in them and do not want to see that **** in my private email.

Block emails
I want to be able to block certain senders. “Marking as spam” is not enough. Those emails just get moved to that specific folder and I still get emails from same spam senders. We should be able to block senders we do not want to receive emails from. Also, since there is an option to mark as spam there should also be an option to report that sender.

Deleted emails and not receiving
All old emails deleted plus not receiving any newer emails. Can you tell me why plus I had folders stored with things to keep and all deleted. Really? I need my personal emails back because I also saved pictures or msgs in my email. Fix my email to receive again back too

My email switched to just show half the page
My email just switched so it only takes up half the page. It’d be nice if people got to decide how to see their emails and be able to switch back. But it doesn’t work that way apparently. It just decides for you.

Customer service
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that users have to pay for Yahoo customer service. I have had Yahoo for over 15 years and this never happened before.

Stop the fake loan spam emails
I keep getting emails from fake loan companies I marked it as spam before, but still I get email after email from these people daily.

Sign in options
I think you should be able too sign in with a password when you've logged out, trying to sign in or using a different mobile device.
