  4. Fix a problem please

    Hi sir/ madam I have been using my this acccount with you guys last ten years, but I never had a problem to get any emails. Last couple of months I am not getting properly emails. I am logged in Samsung galaxy 6 round edge phone with this account. I have a lot of difficulties to get my emails. Please can you fix my problem , I don't want to change my email account please help me.

  7. It seems to me that no one is paying attention. Can someone explain exactly how the ****** "new" interface is supposed to be better?

    I see many many MANY of the same complaints I have. Folders are almost impossible to use - only able to see a few characters of the folder name and it's not possible to move folders now.

  8. I've been trying to add my email to my phone and tablet and you keep sending a code to an email I no longer use what's up w/that?

    I can't even get a new computer for fear of not being able to access my email. My company has this email for sendin me my schedual and other work related issues

    How can you close a case that has been open for TWO HOURS and which is NOT resolved???

    I have complained about Emails not getting through to me, getting lost. Those are stil lost. Several people stil can't contact me through email.

  19. You say trash will delete in 30 days????

    U always say email trash will be deleted after 30 days, well I can go after like 2 months & have 2000 plus at times. WHY?
    even if I just delete 10 or 20 emails it never moves out, I have to delete
