VERY slow response times to Android mail apps as well as the webmail site
For years Yahoo mail is the ONLY web based email that has syncing problems with Andriod mail apps such as Gmail, and others. It appears to hold off the 'handshake', delays deleted or moved messages and is generally SLOW in comparison to others. The Yahoo web mail page is ALSO very slow to respond especially when going into messages in the Trash that a user decides to respond to..Seems to be getting worse all the time

Deleting Email - Routing wrong
Over the last few weeks there is a flaw in that the delete button about approximately 50% of the time is taking me to the last email sent rather than deleting the selected emails. This needs resolution as the core functionality is not working.

Yahoo, you need to block alot of junk emails. There are so many I still get with junk domains and/or junk id's along with the domain.

Please stop putting ads in the middle of my email list
They are getting in the way of my legitimate emails. When I close one down, another appears. If you must have them, leave them at the top of the inbox where I can ignore them more easily, not blocking important emails.

My whole data from inbox to spam has been deleted, even the pictures. How will I recover it?

Blocking just un email adresse is good for nothing. We receive 100 emails from 100 different adresses but the same domain.

The new year - 2020 - isn't showing up in my inbox
I continue to get new emails, created this year, month, week, even this day. But because this year -- 2020 -- does not yet appear as a separate "category" of incoming mail, all new mail gets lumped in with any mail that happens to be in my inbox. This does not appear to be a user-controlled feature; i.e., I can't fix this. Can you? Thanks.

Improve speed
Yahoo mail is painfully slow. Gmail and other apps work fine. This one is at a completely crawl.

Contacts
Allow users to list contacts by LAST name. Many of my contacts have the same first name and there is no need to sift through them to find the contact I want.
Also, eliminate the "see more names" and list them ALL, the way it used to be in Yahoo Mail!144th ranked -

The 1000 limit on blocked address can not keep up with the computer generated amount of spam addresses. Bring back domain blocking!!

Please stop the Trending of Yahoo Homepage
Please stop the "Trending on Yahoo Homepage" when in my mail. Instead add a button that says "Don't show this ever again".

Stop showing "trending on home page"
I disabled it in my settings, but it still keeps showing. I don't need to see what news is trending on the Yahoo home page when I'm in my mail. I'm in my mail to see my mail, not the news. If you need more clicks to the home page, try showing less Kardashian and celebrity news and show more even-handed real news.
