  6. deleted five years of my emails

    You seem to have deleted my entire account content! I had emails, drafts, and family pictures from the last five years on here and now it's gone!!  Last week I was sending something to my sapphireminx954@yahoo.com email and  I got this again Sorry, your message to sapphireminx954@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30). Well I have been sending emails to this email address since 2015. JUST THIS PAST DEC-January I HAD RECEIVED MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com from 12/ 2019, and now 01/2020!!!!!!!!!

  7. All my messages are found deleted...

    I am signing in after quite some time and found all my mail messages are deleted. At least you could have sent me a notification to my recovery mail ID. Is there a way of restoring my messages? I am registered with Yahoo mail for more than 20 years...

    Not only are all messages gone.
    I am not receiving important mail.
    In fact any mail at all!
    What is the purpose other than to force people to be so desperate to pay to have yahoo fix what they are deliberately causing? SCAM

  10. Contacts

    Contacts:
    When you show a list of all contacts now, it looks like it is in alphabetical order, but it is not. The order is confused by being partly alphabetical and party influenced by how often you use the contact. You make it in alphabetical order by the first letters only and not on the whole contact name, because you made it be arranged by how often we send email to that letter section. It is very confusing that way. "To me , an alphabetic list should be TOTALLY ALPHABETIC. in all respects.

    When in the **** are you going to fix the adding, editing, deleting contacts. This seem to be a big problem that Yahoo can't solve. The system sucks and Yahoo doesn't seem to care.

  16. Redesign Filter List and Function

    1) Make filter list more user friendly to edit by adding a sort function (alphabetically by name, "contains" field, etc.).
    2) Allow multiple filters to be selected to delete at the same time.
    3) Make the delete button accessible at all times instead of having to scroll to see it.
    4) Auto-generate a message when the same "contains" field is used to allow editing to eliminate redundancies.

    I notice I have multiple filters set for the same "contains" field. Trying to edit these is a nightmare with hundreds of filters and a deplorable UI for the filters list.

  20. Stop pulling info from my email as deals and filling my screen

    I originally paid for Mail Pro to stop ads, which #1 slowed down my working because nothing would load until the ad loaded and #2 the ads took up screen space. I've stopped paying for Pro because the price kept going up, but I'm still subscribed for a few more months. I'm likely to quit using Yahoo mail altogether because now you're pulling "deals" from the info in my emails. If I want the deals, I'll read the emails, but now because screen space is being taken up, I need to scroll down to see the message, because the "deals"…
