Quit offering it as a free and viable e-mail platform when it is no longer either.

I am in search of a replacement. You, YAHOO, by limiting customer support to a fee-based service, have crippled your product making it completely useless. But, that appears as your ultimate goal.
They don't care, Michael, they're orienting towards handhelds, and people who use a bigger device for actual mail purposes (instead of the-almost-texting you have to do on a smartphone) are being left out in the cold.
