  4. quit making everything so hard

    I open yahoo, my mail button is nowhere to be found. Or else it's covered by ads. Having to look every single problem up so you can save money by having live support is getting just too tiring. You've been my primary email account for years.

    I'm thinking about changing because the ads are becoming absurd. Learn a lesson from Google.

  7. We have several 'att.net' email accounts, and it won't let me switch to different account!

    The login process is awful! I keep logging out of an email account, and then I hit login and it pulls back up the previous account. I even went to 'Manage Accounts' and selected to log out of all accounts, and it STILL goes back to the previous email account. We have 6 or more AT&T/Yahoo email accounts (for personal, shopping, business, etc), and I've started creating new email accounts in Gmail and transitioning to it. The horrendous login process has been an issue for years, and we're sick of it!

  8. My Business Account keeps diapering.. AND I AM TIRED OF IT.! My idea is STOP USING YAHOO.!!

    I have been with YAHOO FOR YEARS like back when it first came out. But theses changes is making me want to go some were else. First yahoo said it was my credit card needed updating. Then it keep happening over and over. NOT COOL AT ALL.! TAKING MY BUSINESS EMAIL CAPTIVE UNTIL I CALL THEM AGAIN.! LAST TIME IT TOOK YAHOO 1.5 HOURS TO ANSWER.!!

I refuse to read Pete Thamel, so as a result, I refuse to click on many Yahoo Sports stories that may be written by your other talented writers and that I might otherwise enjoy.

  16. How to stop an email from going to my old email at Laughlin AFB I have not been there for many years .

    I need assistance to learn where the email is originating. I am not sending it. It goes out about once a year to an old email I don't have any more. Is there some place that an email generates without me sending it 28 years later.

  19. It is taking at least five minutes to access email

    It isn't that I'm in that big a rush, but for weeks now, the time it takes to sign in, receive the password prompt, and then see the Yahoo mail icon, click on it, and wait for it to open is rather hard to take. It is now almost 10 minutes since I attempted to log in, and it is the only function I am trying to perform on my PC. Nothing else is open. I don't understand.
