Not suitable ad
I saw an ad that mustn't be here because it is misleading. It leads people to fake websites making them trade with bitcoins. The website doesn't have any contact information, all the links inside are leadign to the bitcoin bank. You are YAHOO after all and shouldn't let such ads to appear
Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that! We are unable to assist with any product order issues or returns. You would need to contact that company directly for further assistance with a product purchase as Yahoo is not affiliated with those Ads.
Thank you!

While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.
When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

Significant increase of typographical and other errors
Lately I have seen many instances of misspelled words, typographical errors and just overall sloppiness of submitted articles. Does anyone even proofread articles before they are posted? This is embarrassing.
Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that! We’d like to further investigate this, can you message us directly on Twitter at @YahooCare or on Facebook on our Yahoo Customer Care page? We would need the article URL and the spelling/grammar error. In case you do not have a social media account, please contact us at help.yahoo.com

ask me one more time to verify who i am and i'm done with yahoo!
If there's something unusual about your sign in or recent activity, we'll ask you to go through another verification step after you've entered the correct password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. You may be prompted to get a verification code on your Yahoo app, recovery phone number, or recovery email address for any of the following reasons:
- Yahoo notices suspicious account activity.
- You're using an unfamiliar browser or device.
- You're traveling away from your usual location.
- You sign in while using a VPN or a proxy server.
- You've logged in with a private or incognito window.
- There are many attempts to sign in with incorrect passwords.
- The "First time signing in from this device" message appears.
- You've cleared your browser history or data cache including cookies.

Stop forcing email users to wait an hour behind logging in
Stop forcing email users to wait an hour behind logging in
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Spam
Why are emails from contacts and others that we regularly converse with landing in spam??
We are missing important emails because they land in spam and now we have to spend time looking in a loaded spam folder for emails that are supposed to land in the inbox like they have for years before about a week ago or so!!!! Stop messing with things that work!!!!!!Recently you may have noticed an increase in email going to the Spam folder for senders using Office 365 and other Microsoft products. We are in the process of addressing this issue and expect it to improve over the next several days. Please keep marking the mail in the Spam folder as “not spam” or “ham” and that will help to correct the issue. Thanks for your patience.

Please identify which Yahoo Sports reporter or columnist is the author of a particular piece on the home page.
Please identify which Yahoo Sports reporter or columnist is the author of a particular piece on the home page. I would like to know the author without having to click on the article. I refuse to read Pete Thamel, so as a result, I refuse to click on many Yahoo Sports stories that may be written by your other talented writers and that I might otherwise enjoy.
Thank you for the constructive feedback! We will consider adding in future releases.

make it so when someone tries to illegally get into my email account you actually do something about it.
How about when I live in the USA and someone from vietnam tries to log into my account you track them down and do something. for a week now i have been getting emails giving a code for whoever it is to verify. I realize changing passwords and 2 step verification helps protect me but you not having a way to catch or deter them is very concerning. there has to be a way to stop them. this is causing some anxiety and if it continues i will take action even though you wont.
If Yahoo detects unusual activity, unsuccessful access attempts, or changes to settings, we’ll send a notification to your account and recovery emails. If you have any further concerns about keeping your account secure, please review the following article: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/secure-yahoo-account-sln2080.html
