Significant increase of typographical and other errors
Lately I have seen many instances of misspelled words, typographical errors and just overall sloppiness of submitted articles. Does anyone even proofread articles before they are posted? This is embarrassing.

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that! We’d like to further investigate this, can you message us directly on Twitter at @YahooCare or on Facebook on our Yahoo Customer Care page? We would need the article URL and the spelling/grammar error. In case you do not have a social media account, please contact us at help.yahoo.com
Thank you!

Your articles appear very juvenile with so many errors. I used to love Yahoo News but I’ve lost respect & interest. If you allow so many mistakes it makes me question the authenticity of your reporting.

I have found so many errors in your articles lately. It’s very difficult to follow and looks very unprofessional. I’m considering another news source. For example:
Fulton County, Georgia, three of former President ’s lawyers — Kenneth Chesebro, and — have now pleaded guilty to crimes in service of Trump’s scheme to overturn the 2020 election and stay in the White House. All three have agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in the sprawling state RICO case against Trump. Two other Trump lawyers, Rudy Giuliani and , still face criminal charges in the Georgia case.

I used to be able to get rid of articles and sources for a while but now when I click "show less from" a source, the number of those stories and similar ones multiply. How many stupid celebrity articles and Kardashian ******** stories are there? The writing is terrible also, it is hard to understand stories that might be interesting because of misspellings and bad grammar. I'm gone forever if it does not get better!!!

How about hiring someone that can spell and write. Why are all the words ran together without spaces

It's mortifying to see the decline of the use of the english language in news outlets, including and perhaps especially Yahoo's. Every day I've found numerous misspellings and improper grammar in both headlines and story content. Seeing the incorrect word "spacecrafts" used in a headline today finally motivated me to say something. Is it really impossible to vet stories and headlines before they are published?
