While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.


When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

    Every day is more difficult to read messages directed to me and receive everyday hundreds of messages that i already marked as spam. Your current problem name is location, you believe people is static and only looks yahoo in a single place.
    I have 12 computers of my own and use many in other places in different cities and countries, I have 4 celular phones in use frequently, most of the time I carry 3 for different reasons, I use mostly Linux, several versions because of my preference, also use many versions of android, one which still has your yahoo app version you dismissed and other applications can forward messages to my other email services. your IA wonders why? first my opinion, your IA is rather stupid. When this happens, my keyword is no longer valid, you are asking me to see where cars, stairs and fire hoses are, while in my country we do not have those things. You are asking me to check a code in my cellular phone left at home or check a message in another device I no longer use or even phone numbers I no longer have. Sometimes your stupid location system thinks I'm in a different place where I'm really are, that's becaus your stupid IA don't understand that if I'm in an Accenture building, my connectivity out of the network may be in San Diego or Hamburg because of internal network. So please provide me with a two factor method that I don't need to have two devices of my own at the same time, second factor may also be located inside your network and devices and if you do not know how, you can hire me. Thanks for your services all these time, please dont't take me more time accessing my messages.

    why am I getting massive amounts of spam that you are not blocking. Yahoo needs to block the spams it is terrible

    I have been receiving SPAM addressed to a yahoo account I do not own. The user name is accurate but it's addressed to yahoo.com, which I do not have an email registered to.
