I keep getting these notices to pay Yahoo for extra email features and services.

I keep getting these notices to pay Yahoo for extra email features and services. They want to turn me into a cash cow. Why not a 1 time fee. One fee and you are subscribed, why is everything a monthly fee? Makes no sense.
