    The OTP does not go to my cellphone probably because the format of the phone is wrong. We use the 09######### (0 as the first digit; 11-digit in total only when calling from local to local) and if international, it should be +639######### (omit the 0 with the +63 as country code). However in your portal you are showing our security phone as +6309######### which is probably why the OTP/verification code is not going through.

    When I am trying to sign into mitsie.t@sbcglobal.net Yahoo sends the security code to that same email that I am blocked from signing in. That does not make sense. why can they not send the security code to my alternative Yahoo email or my iPhone.

    Why can the security code be sent to my iphone when I am trying to sign into my email which I am trying to sign into. Yahoo sends the security code to the email which they are blocking me to sighn into My own email. It does not make sense.

    get rid of that phone number and let me add my mobile number. its also messing up one of my games attached to that email

    I should not be on the phone for over an hour- prove my identity.- and still not be able to have my password reset because my profile doesn't show another email or phone number- Then your supervisor on call doesn't have a cell connection- PRICELESS
