One way you can improve yahoo is to not make it so difficult to mkae a new email address
I've spent the last 2 hours trying add a new account to my email for my daughter or even to make a new email. I keep getting error messages denied access and hitting dead ends the phone tech support robot is no help and wants to charge money to help me and there's no other place to let you guys know that it shouldn't be this hard to get new users onto your platform
