This all started when I finally found a digital application online (for medicaid) with tx health and human services. I filled it out and sent it in digitally and got an immediate response, application received. When I tried to log back in the login page buffered. Then I was locked out of my email and bank account. I have sent this application to them 2 or 3 times this year by mail and have yet to get a response from them or any indication on my hhs account they'd even received it. I blame it on biden's blubbering during the Trump debate "blah, blah, we beat Medicare" and the current congressional attempts at anti-Trumping. I hope this helps you find the problem.

On November 8th I got a voicemail from Ricardo, at 4:59PM, the day before veterans day vacation saying he was from hhs and needed additional personal information and would call back in 2 minutes. His number did not show up on my recent calls. Even if I'd been able to get the call 2 minutes later I would not have given him any personal info over the phone.
