The minute I dont pay $12.99 after changing my accoint credentials all of a sudden I need to authenticate the account not only with the password but both recovery forums...This is by far a rip off to customers who no longer need 2 pay into the service once they recovered and gained access back into their accts. Anyone can still hack into or change the login verification process with or without the premium Service. By far this is the worst service and totally a SCAM if Linux hackers can gain access into the accts...FYI, the Representatives will lie and say they cannot assist you without being a member all bcuz the $12.99 was not paid and say you were not apart of the premium services?!? The services I called for the 1st time becoming a premium member, reps removed issues and solved my problem. NOW suddenly THE PROBLEM PARTIALLY back SINCE you want me to pay $12.99 for the same issue. ITs A SCAM
