It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot report someone hacking your account. There is no online support and the only help is behind a paywall where an agent basically hung up on me because after verifying identity successfully they give me another verification by submitting my driver's license and it failed because I'm not wearing glasses in my driver's license.

I've had my account for decades and now I'm literally unable to retrieve my stolen account because getting time sensitive help is impossible unless I pay for a service that ultimately failed me.

The Yahoo Android app didn't send me any Security alerts to prevent this.
