I think yahoo should make a app where users can post photos and videos like TikTok but moreover focused on educational and informative videos and photos for public where users can post and Fewer later we make the user earn from their content by running additional ads on small areas of their content . Ads will be the local of users area city or country at lowest payment we shall make international payment easier like google but cheaper then ever .
