The way you delete emails now absolutely hate it. When you select all it deletes all of your emails instead of just picking 20 of them and being able to take some off, it literally marks every single primary offers and other, I absolutely hate yahoo now the way that you guys have made it. It is difficult to get through and look at all of them. Absolutely hate this new yahoo email system it’s not user-friendly absolutely hate it and when you select all it literally deletes everything. It doesn’t just delete from offers or other. It actually deleted from my primary as well. Absolutely messed up most difficult system and I had to recover so many emails that I’ve been hanging onto for important things the last several years and they got deleted absolutely terrible terrible way to redo yahoo absolutely hate it.

And it is absolutely absurd that you can’t even send an email to you guys let alone complaint or to contact without having to pay. Doesn’t yahoo get paid for advertisements and everything and you wanna charge the customer to contact you over an issue that you guys made and Has messed up everything it’s terrible and not to be able to just send an email or just talk to somebody I don’t care about calling nobody calls or does anything anymore because there’s actually no real customer service anymore absolutely horrible and terrible.
