    We as a people are overly subjected to advertising and it appears I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm perfectly content with basic mail so leave me alone I WILL NOT DISABLE MY ADBLOCKER NOR WILL I WHITELIST YAHOO MAIL.

  2. You all but forced me to the new improved inbox a few months back, now you downgrade me after logging in for using an add blocker. Idiots.

    Just stop the downgrading ****. Let me choose to use basic email.

    I don't like your "improvements" at all. You've taken away some emails that I've retained for my purposes and you've taken away some of my "sent" items that I refer back to. Please correct this.

  4. Please stop trying to hold us *******!

    Updates are supposed to be an improvement, not a regression. The new ad block or be held ******* is very frustrating. I can't do anything with my emails without seeing the whitelist option every time I click on something. Your ads which are often inappropriate, have caused my system to crash.

  7. danger of videos in spam background

    If you are going to post videos in the background of an empty spam folder, someone will click on it. How would one know that it does not have a link that can lead to phishing or ransomware? Lousy idea! Do you gurantee the safety of ads you use? Is it in some rights document?

  8. My emails keep disappearing out of my inbox - even the ones I have starred as important. This happens to me REPEATEDLY! I need them back!

  11. I have used the new version of yahoo mail for years- yesterday it went south- I can read mails but that all- can't delete them- can't reply

    When your new e mail program dies like mine and thousands of other peoples did- and yahoo don't have a fix listed for it- SWITCH BACK to the OLD RELIABLE yahoo mail program- It WORKS! Newer is not always better- mine died..Yahoo don't have a fix- switch back !

  12. Lifetime Pro Subscription

    Please offer a lifetime Pro subscription. I login maybe once a month, or a few times per year. That's because I've already switched over to gmail. I cannot turn off adblock because it's included with my VPN, which I have to use when I'm at work. I refuse to pay monthly for an email that I rarely ever login. Why should I pay when other email providers offer for free? Anyways, please offer a Lifetime pro subscription as an option. I would rather pay just one time.

  13. email going to trash and can't move it out

    My email was hacked. I changed the password but now my mail is being put in the trash and the system will not allow me to move them back to the inbox.

    Whenever I go into my faccident@yahoo.com emails they last emails listed are for the month of July. How can I receive all my current emails
