Your change of email format is horrible. There seems to be no way to keep the previous settings. You are holding our accounts *******.
Your change of email format is horrible. There seems to be no way to keep the previous format. There is no "Settings" choice that allows us to choose colors or formats like in the previous version. I am disgusted with Yahoo. Of all times when we are locked down and out of work!! Shame on you !!! You are holding our accounts *******. I am strongly thinking of changing my accounts to Google mail.

why should I pay for ad blocking when I already have an ad blocker on my computer?
stop trying to force me to buy your ad blocker when I already pay for one that works fine. because I wont shell out more cash you punish me by dropping me to basic mail. I have been using the same format with you for 10+ years! why try and mess with a good thing?

Lifetime Pro Subscription
Please offer a lifetime Pro subscription. I login maybe once a month, or a few times per year. That's because I've already switched over to gmail. I cannot turn off adblock because it's included with my VPN, which I have to use when I'm at work. I refuse to pay monthly for an email that I rarely ever login. Why should I pay when other email providers offer for free? Anyways, please offer a Lifetime pro subscription as an option. I would rather pay just one time.

email going to trash and can't move it out
My email was hacked. I changed the password but now my mail is being put in the trash and the system will not allow me to move them back to the inbox.

When you are in a hole, stop digging
Your new exercise to allow ads will result in many users going elsewhere. When you tout the number of users when selling ads, the lower user base will hurt your revenue more than those who use ad blockers. Good luck with that.

why isn't there a link to yahoo search on the email page?
There should be a choice to search email or search the web at the top of the page, instead of just being able to search email.

replicate the email addresses i can't remember them all--and stop jumping from a sentence to my address line-
my email addresses don't replicate anymore-I can't remember them all---going to contacts is a waste of time-and it jumps from what I am typing to the address line!

Can't delete all from a search list/select all checks everything, then delete does nothing
Broken delete function when attempting to select all (Enter) then when I press the delete button nothing is deleted (returns original screen)
