Reduced functionality!
Who set up this new version, Vladimir Putin??? They certainly have their heads in a dark place. You've made it harder to do everything! Can't frigging delete a message without scrolling! Can't save a message to a folder without three frigging clicks! What kind of game are you playing with the frigging ad-block ****?
You're losing my accounts if you don't restore basic functionality with keyboard commands and one-click choices.

Why won't my contact pop up when I type the first few letters? I always have to go to my contacts list and copy and paste. Sucks.
What do I do? I am forced to copy and paste a contact I want to email because the contact wont show up when I type in the first few letters.
Normally when I type a letter or two in the email line the contact pops up. Now nothing pops up. I am forced to go to my contacts and copy the email address and paste it. Why? What happened and how can I get it to work properly again?5th ranked -
Either give users control over the ads or let us use ad blockers
I had to add an ad blocker because of the vulgar ads that were constantly running in my inbox. You wouldn't allow me to refine the ads, ban certain ads, nothing. Now you want to make me get rid of my ad blocker? Your service is already woefully behind other providers, and now you also want to harass your users into view ads we don't want? If I have to keep viewing these ads or can't use my normal mailbox, then this account is not worth it to me.

How can you possibly hold my email account ******* with all this **** going on in the world? How greedy can you guys get? At this particular time, you want to stop us from Ad Blocking so we can have your fancy email account or we go to basic.

The new email is the worst I have ever seen!!
I have had yahoo email for over 20 years and your "new improvements" SUCK!!! I'm ready to start a whole new email through anyone else!! What we had was good and now you make all these changes and it is horrible!!

Why did you change the number of messages per page, so that I can't just continue to scroll through.
Leave the inbox as it was, so that I don't have to change pages to look at earlier e-mails. And add new messages to the inbox as they are received, instead of forcing me to update the page to get new e-mails.

Get rid of the white list for trying to force me to buy your ad blocker. I already have an ad blocker it is working just fine. Give me back
Get rid of the whitelist for your ad blocker. I already have an ad blocker that is working great. Trying to force me to use your's isn't going to work. If I have to I'll go to gmail. Give me back my email that I had.

stop pop up ads and let me get to my email!
You started a pop up saying to remove add blocker, but the instructions you give don't work and this takes me in circles. Also, when I get into my email, I can't add attachments. If this doesn't stop, I am through with Yahoo... I have been with Yahoo for 20 years, but this is ridiculous. If I can't get to my mail, Yahoo is worthless to me, so why continue to use it, ads or not.

Since they are, I'll start switching everything over to one of my other email accounts. The horrible ads on Yahoo are the reason why AdBlock is the first thing I add whenever I get a new computer.

I have never been coerced by an email service in my life. I won't whitelist you and I won't pay the extra fees.
Yahoo, if you can't afford new features stop implementing them. You're going to cause a rift in the loyalty of your users.

Yahoo stop trying to fix something that isn't broken. I will NOT give up my ad blocker. Give me back my old e-mail.
Stop screwing around with my e-mail. It was NOT broken - worked just fine. I have my own ad blocker - I don't need yahoo to keep trying to sell me something I don't need or want.
