I am unable sign in to my yahoo account (older account associated with SBCglobal). Receiving error code 652314. Anything associated with this account is forwarded to at&t sign up page. Is there anything at&t/yahoo can do to assist account users with this issue? The only way to contact yahoo is from a pay per minute call help service. Can yahoo make this free service? Why do users have to pay to get help with problem that is caused by yahoo?
