When I mouseeover a mail, delete icon/button appears on top of time, on the right hand side.

To improve usability, please put delete button on the left, next to 'star/ x ' icon on thee left of mail subject.

So that, when i mous eover a mail, 'dynamic search icon', 'dynamic button' & 'static favourites' button appear next to each other.
