I was VERY surprised when I logged into my account only to find ALL the mail deleted, along with a message that my account had been deactivated. I do not believe it had been over a year since I logged in, but I DO know I did not receive any warning sent either to my phone or recovery email that my important information was going to be deleted. If these important emails can not be recovered, I can never recommend Yahoo to anyone.
