2. Yahoo Calendar

   The "new" calendar is a disaster. I liked and used the monthly view on the old calendar. If one particular day had a lot of appointments/tasks, it automatically stretched the view so everything could be seen at a glance. Now, to see what's coming up, I have to click on each day. NOT GOOD! I also used the colored flags on appointments to denote importance to me. Now, there are no colored flags to be seen, even though they are provided. NOT GOOD! On the old view, the current day on the monthly view was darkened/grayed out, so your eye was immediately drawn to it. Now I find myself hunting for the little circle around the date. NOT GOOD! Give me the option for the old calendar like you did with the old email. I tried for several months to make this work, but it doesn't. Someone fixed something that wasn't broke!

4. Change the way appointments are scheduled

   Currently, if I schedule an appt and select a date it defaults to the current time. If I'm scheduling when it is 10PM, I don't usually want the appt to be at 10PM. Leave the hour of the appt blank until filled in or assume 12PM as the time as that is mid day. Also, when I change the start time of an appt, you should change the end time as well. So if I am presented with a 10PM appt time that lasts until 11PM and then I change the time to 11AM, the end time should automatically change to 12PM (1 hour later than the start) instead of staying at 11PM. Using Yahoo Calendar to schedule appts is a PITA and I usually end up using my iphone.

   Currently, if I schedule an appt and select a date it defaults to the current time. If I'm scheduling when it is 10PM, I don't usually want the appt to be at 10PM. 6. remove split view

   I want the ability to turn off split view on Mac. It's very annoying when I am moving messages to folders and the Split View opens up...uggg

7. Paying monthly

   Why does Yahoo only allow 1,000 spam blocks? As they are cleared even more come back! How about making it 10,000? You must be making money allowing them! Just voicing my pains. I don't except any real help. I wish we had a better options!!!!!!!!!!!

8. Give us a way to turn off or reduce width of third column

   The third column is awful. It is a waste of space that destroys the primary purpose of an email app which is to read email. by scrunching the message area so that messages must be scrolled horizontally to be read. There is no way to turn off the third column or reduce it's size. Just idiotic

9. Go Back to Old Yahoo Feedback Continued

   The removal of so many customization features including visual appearance customization for the New Yahoo is not slimmed down and streamlined, it's just an excuse for developers to be lazy. You've been around for decades and there's zero excuse for you to not offer your users Both Versions permanently, while actually improving and adding more customization features and visual theme options to the Old Yahoo at the same time including Dark Mode options like New Yahoo has. I sent very angry feedback earlier this year when we were forced into using the New Yahoo with no option to go back to the Old Yahoo, essentially demanding the return of the ability to go back. I'm very happy to see that many other users sent the same feedback otherwise we would not be here with this ability to go back again. Thank you for actually listening, please don't get rid of the old setup ever again and spend time making that experience better too.

   To expand on that, I Hate the layout of the New Yahoo user interface and cannot stand the Priority Mail category feature because how in the f*** do You Know what I consider to be a Priority to Me. With that feature, I will forget that I'm not seeing all my mail unless I select the All category or turn off the Priority Sorting feature, both steps that I Should Not Have To Do. Also, it drives me nuts that "email summaries" on the Mobile version look like they're a preview of text that is inside an email, but when you actually open the email that "preview summary" wording can't be found Anywhere in the actual email subject nor body. It's misleading click bait garbage that contributes to Yahoo Being the Problem.

   I find it disgusting that "Progress" equals Basic. I've been looking forward to additional theme and visual customization features in the newer versions of Yahoo Mail for a while and the fact that New Yahoo has Zero of the themes and it's been reduced to a basic bare bones sorted mailbox doesn't strike me as "Progress." It strikes me as cheap B.S. It strikes me as you don't want to pay developers to make new themes or expand on features, rather you want to reduce how much effort you need to put in to create and code themes and customization settings. Lazy, easy to leave to AI maintenance, stripped down "simplified" inbox garbage just like any other email provider. When we were forced to use New Yahoo without the ability to go back and This was the sorry excuse of what replaced Old Yahoo, the only impression I received was "Great, they want to be lazy and be part of The Problem just like everyone else these days, instead of continuing to stand out. Gotta love that bottom dollar greed mentality."

   People can use Any email provider for free these days and can choose to Stop using Yahoo at any time; be the one that stands out for Not trimming out the features that make you special. I'm sure there's a lot of people that like the simple New Yahoo interface and that's fine I guess, but as I said at the top of this feedback, you have No Excuse to not put out the money and time to make Both Versions a Permanent Option for All your users at this point in time. Merge both layouts into one customizable system so that The Users can Choose Freely at any time how they want their Yahoo Mail to look, be laid out and sorted.

   I have been using Yahoo since the early 2000's when I first signed up as a young teenager, and provide this feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously as you appear to be listening to the many of us that must have said the same thing I did about New Yahoo this year because if that wasn't true we would not suddenly have the ability to Go Back to the Old Yahoo again after all these months. 10. Regarding new Yahoo email and the position of the "UNDO" Pop UP!

    The annoying about the new Yahoo email is that you put the "UNDO" Pop up in front of the icons. Move it up like in the Regular email. I can't believe you guys did that. WHY? What is the reason to block the options? And it stays on for seconds; I move faster than that and am ready to click delete on the next batch and the pop up is still there and must manually close it. STOP THIS AND FIX THE COMMONSENSE ITEMS. And FIRE THE CODER!

16. Stop moving official PayPal notification emails from Spam!!!

    I've done hundreds of 'Not Spam' presses for official PayPal emails that get sent to my Spam folder. Why can't it simply learn? I've also added all PayPal email addresses to my contacts list but nothing works. Please fix this!!!

18. Blocked Addresses - no sorting, no mass-delete, no marketing to increase

    I've run out of Blocked Addresses.

    The list is long and there's:
    - no ability to sort the list
    - no ability to select multiple blocked addresses to delete some or many or all
    - no "increase #" marketing to allow me to pay nore or upgrade to block more.

    could we get more choices for colors and font changes on the mailbox options? The few colors you have to choose from are ok, but would be better if we had several options to choose from other than the ones that are standard.

20. Fix Filters

    What kind of idiotic filters wont let me force an email to my inbox? I have good emails that often get sent into the junk email folder, at yet, now, for some reason I can't force them to "inbox" via the filters option. Remind my why I pay you $5/month for quality products if you can't even do the basics. Not like a human reads this, you AI reliant zombies.
